As a Growth Product Specialist
You will own product growth strategy by transforming customer behavior, funnel performance, and product analytics into structured decisions that improve acquisition, conversion, retention, and long-term customer value. This is a strategic product management role built for commercially minded digital product professionals who thrive in experimentation, optimization, and end-to-end product ownership. Working closely with engineering, analytics, risk, and business leaders, you will help shape digital lending products that customers trust and continuously choose.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management / Growth Product Management within fintech, SaaS, digital platforms, or technology-driven businesses
- Proven success turning analytics and behavioral insights into product strategies that drive measurable growth outcomes
- Strong expertise in customer journey mapping, funnel optimization, experimentation, and A/B testing frameworks
- Hands-on experience using Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, or similar product analytics tools
- Strong understanding of digital product development lifecycles including discovery, delivery, iteration, and optimization
- Demonstrated experience converting customer insights into feature enhancements, product decisions, and growth initiatives
- Strong collaboration experience across engineering, analytics, design, risk, compliance, and commercial teams
- Excellent stakeholder management, data storytelling, and business communication skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Must come from a true product management environment with exposure to digital product development (non-call center)
As a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist
You will lead end-to-end lifecycle strategy that drives customer activation, engagement, retention, and revenue growth across digital channels. This is a high-impact marketing role for specialists who understand customer behavior deeply and know how to build personalized, automated journeys that convert users into loyal advocates. You will own segmentation, automation, experimentation, and campaign optimization in a sophisticated digital ecosystem where every touchpoint is powered by data.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of Lifecycle Marketing / CRM / Retention Marketing experience with full campaign ownership
- Proven expertise in marketing automation platforms such as CleverTap, Braze, MoEngage, or similar tools
- Strong experience building multi-channel campaigns across push notifications, SMS, email, and in-app engagement
- Hands-on expertise designing behavior-triggered lifecycle journeys including onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation
- Strong audience segmentation capability based on customer behavior, engagement patterns, and lifecycle stages
- Proven experience running A/B testing and experimentation programs to improve conversion, retention, and engagement
- Strong analytical ability with experience interpreting funnels, campaign metrics, and behavioral data
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable lifecycle improvements
- Experience in high-volume digital customer environments is highly advantageous
